Dofinansowanie na budowę budynku komunalnego

Miasto Wysokie Mazowieckie otrzymało dofinansowanie w kwocie 8.9 mln zł na budowę budynku komunalnego. To 85% dofinansowania. Koszt inwestycji to 10,5 mln zł. Jest to dotacja rządowa z Banku Gospodarstwa Krajowego  z Funduszu Dopłat.

Budynek powstanie w miejscu dotychczasowego budynku socjalnego przy ul. Przechodniej 2. Powstanie 20 mieszkań, których właścicielem będzie miasto Wysokie Mazowieckie.

Inwestycja rozpocznie się w 2024 roku, zakończy w 2026.

Wniosek o dofinansowanie składany był w 2023 roku.
